How I Work With Clients

What is your process for taking a project from concept to completion? 

I begin by discussing the project goals and requirements with the client to understand their vision. Then, I create initial design concepts using CAD software. After client approval, I move to prototyping and iterative testing, refining the design until it meets all specifications. Finally, I oversee the manufacturing and assembly of the final product. My comprehensive approach is well suited for full life cycle product development, or specific touch points as needed throughout your prototyping journey.

How do you ensure that the final product meets the client's specifications and requirements?

I maintain close communication with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and seeking feedback at key stages. I also employ rigorous testing and validation methods to ensure that the product meets all defined specifications and performs as expected. I am also experienced simulating regulatory tests.

What types of communication and updates can clients expect throughout the project?

Clients can expect regular updates via email or scheduled meetings, including progress reports, design reviews, and milestone achievements. I am also available for impromptu discussions to address any concerns or changes.

How do you handle revisions or changes requested by clients during the development process?

I welcome client feedback and handle revisions through a structured process. I assess the impact of the requested changes on the project timeline and budget, then implement the necessary adjustments while keeping the client informed of any implications. This ensures the final product aligns with the client's expectations.
